Time schedule for upcoming work on PLI CBD

Activities related to the launch of Location and Information Platform with a Central Data Base (PLI CBD).

 

Further to earlier information related to the launch of Location and Information Platform with a Central Data Base a time schedule for upcoming work on its implementation is hereby presented as delivered by PLI CBD contractor, i.e. the T4B Sp. z o.o. and Qumak Sekom SA consortium.

- 15 October 2010 - undertakings submit requests for connection to PLI CBD according to a format specified in documentation,
- 22 October 2010 - Telekomunikacja Polska SA, NETIA SA, POLKOMTEL SA, PTC Sp. z o.o., PTK CENTERTEL Sp. z o.o., P4 Sp. z o.o. install their lines to connect to both PLI CBD sites,
- 25 October 2010 - 8 November 2010 - Telekomunikacja Polska SA, NETIA SA, POLKOMTEL SA, PTC Sp. z o.o., PTK CENTERTEL Sp. z o.o., P4 Sp. z o.o. connect to PLI CBD,
- 9 November 2010 - 24 November 2010 - the remaining mobile service providers other than the ones listed above connect to PLI CBD,
- 18 November 2010 - 1 December 2010 - the following fixed-line service providers connect to PLI CBD: Telefonia Dialog SA, UPC Polska Sp. z o.o., Aster Sp. z o.o., Exatel SA, MediaTel SA, Multimedia Polska SA, Vectra SA, Crowley Data Poland Sp. z o.o., GTS Energis Sp. z o.o., NASK, Sferia SA, Telekomunikacja Kolejowa Sp. z o.o., ATM SA, E-Telko Sp. z o.o.,
- 2 December 2010 - 2 February 2010 - the remaining fixed-line service providers connect to PLI CBD,
- Interface and process logical tests (including formats of exchanged data) with mobile network operators and MVNOs - trial launch of address data and location transfer processes from mobile operators:

  • 9 November 2010 - 24 November 2010 - POLKOMTEL SA, PTC Sp. z o.o., PTK CENTERTEL Sp. z o.o., P4 Sp. z o.o., Polsat Cyfrowy Sp. z o.o., Centernet Sp. z o.o.,
  • 18 November 2010 - 1 December 2010 - the remaining mobile service providers,
- Interface and process logical tests (including formats of exchanged data) with fixed-line operators and trial launch of address data and location transfer processes for fixed-line operators using mobile-based access technologies:
  • 2 December 2010 - 5 January 2011 - the following fixed-line service providers: Telefonia Dialog SA, UPC Polska Sp. z o.o., Aster Sp. z o.o., Exatel SA, MediaTel SA, Multimedia Polska SA, Vectra SA, Crowley Data Poland Sp. z o.o., GTS Energis Sp. z o.o., NASK, Sferia SA, Telekomunikacja Kolejowa Sp. z o.o., ATM SA, E-Telko Sp. z o.o, POLKOMTEL SA, PTC Sp. z o.o., PTK CENTERTEL Sp. z o.o., P4 Sp. z o.o.
  • 6 January 2011 - 19 January 2011 - the remaining fixed-line service providers,

- 3 January 2011 - 14 January 2011 - switch to production environment for mobile and fixed-line service providers simultaneously providing mobile services,
- 17 January 2011 - 21 January 2011 - launch of on-line location data transfer in the PUSH mode to both PLI CBD locations (and alternatively of address data) by relevant telecommunications undertakings,
- 20 January 2011 - 2 February 2011 - switch to production environment for fixed-line service providers,
- 3 February 2011 - 16 February 2011 - launch of production address data transfer on an input basis by telecommunications undertakings (which have declared to submit data on this basis); address data modified from this date onwards are transferred (only delta),
- 3 February 2011 - 16 February 2011 - mobile service providers connect to PLI CBD in order to update the database of mobile ported numbers according to proposed technical rules presented on the UKE website on 14 September 2010 under Article 71 (5) of the Telecommunications Act,
- 17 February 2011 - 23 February 2011 - PLI CBD downloads historic data about mobile numbers ported on an input basis as of 16 February 2010; data transferred by mobile telecommunications undertakings,
- 17 February 2011 - 2 March 2011 - download of full customer address databases from telecommunications undertakings (which have declared to submit data on this basis),
- 3 February 2011 - 3 March 2011 - fixed-line service providers connect to PLI CBD in order to update the database of fixed-line ported numbers according to proposed technical rules presented on the UKE website on 14 September 2010 under Article 71 (5) of the Telecommunications Act,
- 3 March 2011 - 9 March 2011 - PLI CBD downloads historic data about fixed-line numbers ported on an input basis as of 2 March 2011; data transferred by fixed-line telecommunications undertakings.

At the same time a document prepared by PLI CBD contractor containing proposed terms of reference for technical descriptions governing submission of information about ported numbers by telecommunications undertakings is hereby presented.
