Poland among the countries with the lowest costs of telephone calls

According to the European Commission, the differences between the costs of telephone calls in the EU amount  to 774 percent. Poland with its 4.6 eurocents per minute is doing very well in this benchmark - far below the European average level of 9.1 eurocents per minute. Lower prices are only in Bulgaria, Lithuania, Latvia and Romania.
