The delegation of the Communications Regulatory Agency from Bosnia and Herzegovina (RAK) led by the acting General Director, Mr Jasenko Lasta, visited Poland at the invitation of the President of the Office of Electronic Communications. The visit took place within the framework of the celebrations of the 15th anniversary of the establishment of the Office for the regulation of telecommunications and postal markets in Poland.
During the meeting on 7th October 2015 both Parties summed up previous cooperation and discussed the issues that will be subject of the cooperation in the near future.
Relations between the national regulatory authorities from Poland and Bosnia and Herzegovina are based on the bilateral Memorandum of Understanding in the field of electronic communications concluded in July 2013.
The meeting concerned especially the issues of experience and good practices sharing in the field of carrying out radio controls, radio spectrum management, numbering, consumer protection, quality of services and telecommunications market analyses.
A detailed plan of cooperation between the Office of Electronic Communications and the RAK for the upcoming period will be developed soon.
