With regard to the importance of the 800 MHz and 2,6 GHz frequency bands’ auction for the development of the telecommunications market and accompanying interest of market participants and public opinion, the President of the Office of Electronic Communications and the Minister of Administration and Digitization make their best effort to ensure that the auction is conducted in a fully transparent way, in accordance with the law and competition rules, as well as good market practice.

For this reason the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau in agreement with the Minister of Administration and Digitization Andrzej Halicki and the President of the Office of Electronic Communications Magdalena Gaj, has put the auction for the reservation of 800 MHz and 2,6 GHz frequencies under the anti-corruption shield. It is aimed at preventive protection of this process against any activities of the broadly understood corruptive character, or unlawful or unethical influence on the auction results.
